Shipping policy

What shipping options are available?

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. This is all shipping outside of the borders of South Africa. However, we are looking to make this option available as we grow. Please contact us to be added to our international client mailing list, so we can reach you when we are able to ship to your country.

 

Shipping in South Africa

We ship to all provinces in South Africa and have the following three shipping options: 

  1. Express delivery to your door. This is delivery via courier to drop directly at the door at your desired location. Select this option during you order cart checkout and complete your delivery address. You will receive a parcel tracking number via sms and email.

Delivery Lead Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). This delivery lead time only applies to all orders placed on our online store by 2pm SA time, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Cost: R100 ( up to 5 kgs). 

 

  1. Delivery to nearest locker. We use couriers that offer locker delivery. With this option at check-out, complete your shipping address and we will arrange to send the parcel to a locker nearest to your indicated shipping address. You will receive a sms and an e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code when your order arrives at the delivery locker. You can then put in the PIN/QR code on the terminal screen. The locker will automatically pop open for you to access the parcel.

You will have 36 hours to collect your package at the locker before it is sent back to us. Lockers are available for access to collect parcel 24/7.

Delivery Lead Time: 1-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Delivery Cost: R65 ( up to 5 kgs)  

 

  1. Delivery to nearest store counter. At check-out, complete your preferred shipping address and we will arrange to send the parcel to a store within the courier service provider’s network that is nearest to your indicated shipping address. You will receive a sms with parcel tracking details and collection location. A Collection OTP sms will be sent to you when the parcel arrives at destination counter. You can then use the Collection OTP and a form of identification (ID/Passport) at the store counter to access your parcel.  

You will have 14 days to collect your package at the store before it is sent to disposal. Access to store counter is available during collection store business hours.

Delivery Lead Time: 7-9 business days (Monday – Friday). This delivery lead time only applies to all orders placed on our online store by 2pm SA time, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Cost: R65 ( up to 5 kgs)

 

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
