Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Hi lovely, yes we do, on selected items.

We request all customers to familiarise themselves with available options in the Lookstock Returns and Exchange Policy before making a purchase.

It is important that you take time to read through the policy to make sure you understand the options that Lookstock can assist you with.  

How do I log an Easy Return and Exchange?

Find our Returns and Exchange under Quick links at the bottom of our website.

Enter your order number and email address/phone number to start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.

Add you reason for the return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

 

Which items are returnable or exchangeable?

Shapewear items (with exception of bodysuits with thong gusset)

Body Tape items

Activewear items

Items that are unused and have not been washed.

Items in their original packaging with all the tags still intact.

Items with no body odour, no perfume scent, no oil marks, no cigarette smoke, no body glitter, no pet hair, no makeup marks, no white wear marks or any other signs of wear.

 

Which items are not returnable?

For the most part, items that are not returnable are due to hygiene reasons or custom nature of the item.

Items on Sale

Nipple Covers (disposable and reusable)

Body Tape without original shrink wrap

Any damaged item that has signs of wear

Any items that have been worn and washed

Items with tags removed

Bodysuit Shapewear with thong gusset

Items with pet hair, perfume, body oils, body glitter, makeup marks and other wear marks on them will be declined. Once declined, the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

How long do I have to log a return or exchange of an item?

All Returnable Items - 14 days from delivery of item to you.

Once returns approval communication is received by customer, return items must arrive back at destination address within 7 days of customer receiving approval communication.

If the product is sold out, we will issue you a store credit excluding shipping. We will include shipping if the return was for a faulty item.

 

What are my refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

Refund to the original payment method

Refund to store credit (if applicable)

The items returned will be refunded to the value of the sales price at the time of purchase.

For an exchange, once an exchange request is approved, you will receive a voucher to the value of the returned item so you can repurchase your desired item\s.

 

Who is responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item to Lookstock?

Should you wish to do a return or exchange, the shipping cost is for the customer.  

Should you receive a faulty item, Lookstock will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

How do I ship back the items?

 For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

14 working days after your return has been approved.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
